Our Global Green Destinations Days are held on 27 and 28 September in Nijmegen. Our 1st Global Leaders Conference is held on 25 and 26 September in Arnhem.

This conference our focus is on Creating Better Places Together. Join world experts, meet colleagues around the globe and enjoy the 3rd edition of the Global Green Destinations Days in The Netherlands. GGDD will be held in Nijmegen, the oldest Dutch city and the first Dutch city to be awarded with the title “European Green Capital.” Green vibes here we come!


Become a Founding Member of the Global Leaders Network

You can request admission for the 1st Global Leaders Conference to be held at 25 and 26 September right before GGDD. In this founding meeting, you can participate as a Founding Member of the Global Leaders Network and enjoy two extra half-day conference sessions focused on discussion and decision-making. Sessions will be plenary, partly parallel, and subject to the Chatham House Rule. As an added bonus, you will visit good-practice locations in The Netherlands and learn from sustainability challenges, dilemmas and solutions.

    Workshop with guidance and technical support for those involved in nominations for the 2018 Sustainable Destinations Top 100, and in destination sustainability in general. This workshop will provide guidance and technical support to those involved in nominations for the 2018 Sustainable Destinations Top 100. The workshop will also launch the criteria for the 2019 Top 100 Competition. The deadline for the 2018 competition will be 15 October, for the 2019 competition it will be 15 December. Destinations selected in any of these competitions are eligible for the 2019 ITB Best of Top 100 Awards, to be presented at ITB Berlin, 6 March 2019 Interested to join?
